By April 2026, a completely refurbished and extensively renovated hotel with studios, 1 to 2 bedrooms and 1 to 2 bathrooms as well as one to three balconies will be available.

We offer modern living with fully equipped apartments.

The furniture package includes crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, towels, television, etc., allowing you to enjoy the property from day one. Smaller items (such as crockery) will be replaced directly by the hotel if necessary. Damage to furniture is charged to the guest or via the insurance company.
The concept is based on tourist rental from April to October inclusive. The future owners may use the property themselves for 2 weeks per season free of charge. Further stays during the season cost 30% of the regular rental price.
There is no tourist rental license for the low season from November to March. The hotel complex is closed during this period. The future owner may use the apartment himself for an unlimited period during this time and only bears the costs for cleaning (arrival & final cleaning) as well as the additional costs such as water, electricity etc. The pool remains in operation. There is a limited number of parking spaces in the building, which can be used for a daily fee. Special conditions have already been negotiated for monthly rental in a neighboring public underground car park.
